Skilling is one of the major activities conducted at TMCSF office, seeking to economically empower survivors of teenage pregnancy. Upon giving birth, teenage mothers end up in a more vulnerable state. It was on this basis that TMCSF sought to provide income generating and vocational programs.

Economic empowerment activities which were conducted at TMCSF included; skills in sewing reusable sanitary pads, Craft making (table mats and beads making), Bakery, Hair dressing and Tailoring
